It varies, but all of my clients engage in coaching for a minimum of three months. This timeframe allows for the development and implementation of strategies, as well as the establishment of new habits and patterns.

Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly. This frequency helps maintain momentum and allows time for reflection and application of strategies in your daily life.

I guide people through big life changes, focusing on areas where shifts often happen. These areas usually include:
